Abel Aran Sr

On September 28, 2020, Abel Aran Sr, peacefully passed on to the other side of life to join the Lord Jesus Christ, and his beloved wife of 53 years, Elizabeth.

He was born in Maui, Hawaii, and was raised on the Islands where he has spent a great portion of his life until he moved to the Mainland. 

He was a wonderful, strong, loving, quiet leader who served our Country in the Korean war until he was wounded in action while saving the lives of his company. He was a proud recipient of the Silver Star and Purple Heart medals of Honor. 

He was a talented and passionate boxing trainer for many years and a loving dedicated husband and father. 

He is survived by a wonderful family who will cherish him forever and ever.

His children are:

Antoinette, Abel Jr, Anette, Allison, Andrea, Alrene, Alvin, Alan, Lorna, Wayne, David, Ralph, and his many stepchildren.

Your life will always be remembered and gratitude will be extended to you eternally. We love you.

Cremation services will be done at Davis Funeral and Memorial Park. A proper and honorable military service to follow.
