Alfred Martinez

Alfred G. Martinez, 72, shed his earthly pains surrounded by his family in his own home for eternal happiness in the house of our lord. He passed on June 10, 2012 after valiantly battling stomach cancer. Fred was a devoted husband, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend. He is preceded in death by his father, Diego mother, Domatila and son, Freddy Jr. He is survived by his wife, Yosehine brothers, Diego and Victor sister, Virginia children, Anita, Aida, Freddy, and Michelle stepchildren, Andreas and Angelo grandchildren, Michael, Kaylah, Cassandra, Mary, Whitney, Kirstie, Joshua, Jonathan, Anthony, Jacob, Alexys and Kolby great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Trystan, Bella and Eva inlaws, Martha, Nacho, Blake, Kathy, Allison, Vickie and Juan and many more wonderful family and friends who loved him dearly. Dad radiated with fun and laughter and was always able to make you smile. He was a great listener who loved dirt bikes, fishing, car races, camping, traveling and all kinds of music. We have all had the joy of watching him dance for us. As the song goes: Here for a good time. He found his true calling as an auto mechanic and was recognized as employee of the year 2011 for Veolia Transportation. He always said OK FINE and boy did he own it He will forever be remembered and missed by all who were blessed to have known him.
