Alicia was born on November 8, 1951, in the Philippines and later moved to Hawaii, where she lived for 30 years before relocating to Las Vegas. Throughout her life, Alicia was known for her unwavering positivity, infectious humor, and immense kindness. She had a heart as big as her laughter, always putting the needs of others before her own. Alicia would often give her last dollar to help someone in need, a testament to her selfless nature and boundless compassion.
