Ana Ceabuca (nee Petre) of Las Vegas passed away on 5/10/20 in Las Vegas, NV.  Ana was born in Medgidia, Romania to Ion (John) Petre and Stefania Petre (nee Preda) on July 14, 1955.

Ana completed her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and was employed as Production Manager for Plastech Engineered Products in Strongsville Ohio until the company closed and she took an early retirement. Among her many great achievements, she also spoke 5 different languages fluently. Ana was a loving, compassionate, and loyal wife, mother, sister aunt, grandmother great-grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ana was preceded in death by her parents Ion and Stafania Petre, her brothers Mihai Petre and Aureliu Petre.

Ana is survived by her husband of 47 years Nick (Apostol) Ceabuca, children Antonela Ceabuca, Liliana (Larisa) Aponte (nee Ceabuca) and Ismael (George) Aponte, John Ceabuca and Emil Nedelcu, her sister Maria Trofin(nee Petre) and husband Vasile Trofin, her brother Constantin Petre and his wife Valerica Petre (nee Mitache) her grandchildren Alexis Aponte and Ismael (Johnathan) Aponte her great grandson Ismael (Johnathan) Aponte Jr. also by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Rosary and Funeral Services will be held on 5/17/20 at 10am at Davis Funeral Homes and Memorial Park with Father Dave Casaleggio of St. Anne Catholic Church officiating.

As per Ana’s wishes she will be cremated, and ashes will be given to her husband Nick to be placed with him in a place of his choosing.

The family of Ana Ceabuca wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Doctors, Physicians Assistants, Nurses and clerical staff at Pennsylvania Hospital as well as well as all our wonderful Family, Friends and Colleagues.
