Andrew and Angelina Ginger were married 65 years, having sons Andrew Maline Jr of Las Vegas, Mark A. Maline, and Jeffry Maline from West Allis, Wisconsin. Grandchildren Scott M Maline of Denver, Colorado, Michele Rowan of West Bend, Wisconsin, Nina Maline Spacek of Mukwonago, Wisconsin, Graham Maline now serving in the U.S. Air Force, and Mitchell Maline of West Allis, Wisconsin. Surviving siblings are brother Joe Maline and sister Kathryn Lagnese. Angeline, his wife, preceded passing into the Lords care on November 17, 2011.

Andrew was born in Marguerite, Pennsylvania on February 7 1924. Life was hard for him as a child. Plumbing was a luxury heat was from a coal burning furnace. Food was often scarce. He entered the United States Army on March 3, 1943 and served in England, France and WWII ended with Andy in Germany. During the war, Andy Sr was transferred to the US Army Air as a radio switchboard man, and he was a valued sharp shooter. He was awarded two bronze stars. He was discharged on December 18, 1945. He married Angeline on 6346 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Greensburg, PA. Andy Sr loved Jesus. He would become a faithful to the Lord as his marriage continued for 65 years. His Roman Catholic worship in Latin was a fond memory of his wife and him. He pressed a son to be an altar boy, for the Latin mass. About six years after his marriage, the family relocated to Wisconsin, where he started his new job at Wisconsin Bell Telephone Company. He retired from ATT in the mid 1980s. They worshiped weekly at St Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Together, in Wisconsin, Andy and Ginger had a reputation for helping less fortunate children. Andy Sr and Ginger became an advocate of the Alliance for the Mentally Ill and carried that momentum with him to the Las Vegas Chapter, and when he finally retired from his job, he left a lasting impression on many of those who benefited from the efforts. Soon after retiring from the Telephone Company Andy Sr and Ginger started a pasta business called Angelinas Gnocchi in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Andy and Ginger worked out of their basement and when they later sold the business, large volumes of pasta were prepared and sold from the kitchen of a nearby restaurant. The pasta business thrived until it was sold when Andy Sr and Ginger retired.

In Wisconsin, Andy began a lifelong love of dancing with Ginger. That love for dancing stayed with him in Las Vegas until the day he was called by the Lord. Dancing grew as a favorite hobby for the two of them. Eventually they would teach ballroom dancing for 30 yrs. They would dance 35 times a week. After Angeline was called by Our Lord in 2011 he often looked for her as she lived on in his heart. His love of dancing prompted him to teach Vickie, his caregiver daughterinlaw, how to Tango and other steps he loved.

His home was always open to relatives and friends to stay with him. He and Ginger regularly entertained them. He was always insistent that tithing was important in Sunday masses. His faith in Christ prompted he and his wife to participate in numerous fund raisers, benevolence programs, and church functions at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Food that disappeared from their home pantry would be found as a donation to the church for the less fortunate. Their membership was transferred later to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, in Las Vegas.
