Beatrice Bukoski Shepard

Age 96 of Las Vegas, Passes away on August 11, 2023 in Las Vegas.

Bea was born to Joseph Gorge and Emma Maire Bukoski On February 19, 1927

She attended the Wetnoit consecratory of music before joining the United Stated Marines corps in 1952. while in the corps she decided to take flute lessons. Bob Shepard was her teacher.

Love blossomed and they married in June of 1954. She continued to sew in the corps until she became pregnant with her first of four children. She was married to Bob until his death in july of 1989. Bea worked throughout her life  at many challenging positions. she thoroughly enjoyed working. She was a member of Beta Signa Phi for many years and held various positions within her chapter.

Bea received the National Defense Ribbon and Good Conduct Ribbon while in the corps. She considered her time in the corps her grated achievement.

Bea is preceded in death by her Husbond, Robert Bennett Shepard and Daughter, Kathryn (Kate) Shepard, Santillan.

Bea is Survived by children Ritchard (Rick), Alan Shepard, (Sue) Nancy Shepard Brown and Janet Shepard Walker (Bob)

Grandchildren; Lindsey Brown Coates (Davis), Shelly Schmidt (Chris), Kellu Shepard Brown Kathleen (Katie) Leigh Brown, Beatrice Elena Santillan, Christana Santillan, Spieker (JP), Susan Santillana Anaus Walker.

Grate Grandchildren; Evan, Uriah, Nathan, Owen, Jackson, Scarlett, Sydney and Valentino.

Celebration of live will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 28, 2023, at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S Eastern Ave

followed by a reception at the clubhouse at the Promenade at the Meadow, 401 promenade Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 8910
