Beverly Jean Elrod

Beverly Jean Elrod, 92, Passed to eternity on November 7, 2019, at her home in Las Vegas, Nevada after 31/2 years, succumbing to pancreatic cancer. She was born on January 19, 1927 to Frances and William Baker.  She moved from Casper, Wyoming to Las Vegas in 2000 leaving family and friends for a new set of grand-kids, needing her there.  

She is survived by her children, Ron Elrod (Mary) of Las Vegas, Vanda Edington (Donald) of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Valerie Weisser of Las Vegas and Randy Elrod (Julie) of Las Vegas. She has eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

Gifts in her memory may be sent to her scholarship, endowed in her honor in 2010, The Beverly Elrod Cherishes Children Scholarship for students majoring in education.  https://29025.thankyou4caring.org/donate

Interment of her ashes will be in Casper, Wyoming with her husband Vance Elrod, at a later date this summer.
