Brian Scott Mitchell, born in La Crosse, WI on July 19th, 1962, to Geraldine and Gary Mitchell, has departed this earthly realm. Preceded in death by his beloved mother Geraldine, sister Holly Leitner, and grandson Angelo, Brian is survived by his two sons, Joshua and Jason Mitchell, and seven grandchildren: Ian, Raylin, Aryia, Kaelee, Eli, Colton, and Keaton. He is also mourned by his siblings, Byron, Trina, and Renae.
Brian's passions were as diverse as they were deep. An enthusiast of music and a devoted Packers fan, he was also an accomplished wild game cook, once owning his own food truck. His love for camping and the great outdoors was unparalleled. For over 30 years, he dedicated himself to the trade of roofing. Brian cherished moments spent with loved ones and friends, embodying a free spirit that yearned to explore the countryside. His soul now soars among the heavens, in eternal flight.
Among his favorite melodies was "Closer to the Heart" by Rush, a song that resonated with his free-spirited nature. Brian Scott Mitchell's presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
