Candace Lauren Ortiz was born January 30, 1989, in Pasadena, California. Candace grew up in Alhambra and moved to Las Vegas in 2008. She was employed as a Physical Therapist for CareMeridian. Candace received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology from University of Nevada, Las Vegas on May 2012. She graduated from Touro University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2015. She is survived by her husband, Ary Ortiz Almaraz and her family as follows;
