""Chuc"" was born November. 11, 1954 in Monte Vista, Colorado to Eddie and Mary Martinez. He was a graduate of Valley High School in Las Vegas and attended UNLV where he played soccer. Chuc had a variety of jobs including bartending. Most recently, he was employed at Smith's for many years in the seafood department. He enjoyed his co-workers' and customers' companionship and made lifelong friends among them. His work ethic, dedication and willingness to go above and beyond were personal traits that set him as an exemplary person to know and friend to make.

Chuc was a loving son, brother and as ""Uncle Chuc"" to his nephews and their friends. He was preceded in death by his nephew Matthew and his mother Mary. Chuc is survived by his father Eddie, sister Chris Reynold's (Teddy), nephew Jeffrey (Dee Dee) and his great niece Rylee Reynolds; Uncle Ross, Aunt Marcella, Aunt Catherine Chavez, Uncle Levi and Aunt Mary, Uncle Albert Espinosa (Kristy), Aunt Cathy Carpenter and numerous cousins and their children and many friends.
Visitation will be Davis Memorial Cemetery, February 1, 2017 from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. Graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. at Davis Memorial (6200 South Eastern Avenue, Las Vegas)
