Charles R Tobin Sr.

Charles Robert Tobin Sr, 83 of North Las Vegas passed away on November 1, 2019.

Charles was born in Glasgow, KY on November 27,1935 to Charles W. and Mary B. Tobin.

He served in the Air Force right after High School.  During his years in Las Vegas he was a Firefighter, worked at the Test Site, Las Vegas Transit as a Bus Driver and CAT as a Bus Driver, Safety Officer and Training Instructor.

He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Mary Tobin.

Charles is survived by his Son Charles Robert Tobin Jr. (Elisa), Daughter Lisa Tobin Branche (Lew), 4 Sisters Earline(Ron) Brunt, Lois Bowers, Marjorie (Charles) Helvig and Betty (Richard) Alexander, 7 Grandsons, 6 Great Grandsons and 2 Great Granddaughters.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM  Tuesday, December 3rd at Davis Funeral Home 6200 South Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Funeral Services will be at 9-11 AM  Wednesday, December 4th at at Davis Funeral Home 6200 South Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119.

Burial to follow, 12 PM Funeral Service at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr., Boulder City, NV 89005

I've completed my journey here on earth.

Don't cry for me, because I am free. 

I am simply following the path the Lord chose for me.

Remember, the Lord knows best.

My lovely Linda, no more pain, I'm free.

Thank you for all that you've done for me.

You were with me both day and night,

you loved me with all your might.

Job well done.

My lovely Linda, a job well done.

You've been there and did your best,

now it's time for me to rest.
