Chester Hodges

CMSGT. CHESTER HODGES U.S. Air Force, Retired Chester Hodges, 66, of Las Vegas, passed away March 23, 2011. He was born Jan. 26, 1945, in Nashville, Tenn., and was a 20year resident of Nevada. Chester retired from the U.S. Air Force and served during the Vietnam War, Desert Storm and Desert Shield. He was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Hodges Sr. mother, Eunice Hodges brothers, George Hodges and Marshall Hodges Jr. and sister, Peggy Belcher. Chester is survived by his daughter, Christin Hodges brother, William Hodges of Tennessee and sister, Barbara Bentley of Tennessee. Visitation will be 57 p.m. Wednesday, March 30. Visitation again from 10 a.m.noon Thursday, March 31, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow at 1:20 p.m., at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd.
