David Stuart Moldt

David S. Moldt, a 30-year resident of Las Vegas and veteran of the U.S. Army, was born Aug. 27, 1947 in Clinton, Iowa and passed away Aug. 19, 2016 at the VA Medical Center, North Las Vegas. He was employed as an engineer with MGM. He is survived by his wife, Jeanine Moldt; children, David Ty Moldt, Tawnya (Waylan) Moldt Vestal, Terri Taylor (Jason) Crumb, Shari Taylor, Lori Taylor (David) Bretzke, Rose Marie Taylor (Steve) Hanes, Charles Taylor, Aleisa Valdez (Jerimy) Norwood, and Tyler Valdez; sister, Dawn Stevens (Ed) Srok; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, at Davis Funeral Home 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas.
