Deborah Lynn English passed away on April 22, 2024, at the age of 74 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born May 30, 1949, in Everett, Washington to Jack Howard and Gwendolyn Phelps.

 Deborah is survived by her three children: son James (Amy) English, daughter Lacy (Timm) Pearson and daughter Bree (Chad) Hillje. She was nicknamed "Grammy Peanut Butter" by her ten grandchildren (Jacob, Preston, Jamie, Trevyn, Alyvia, Calvyn, Vyviana, Layla, Hailey and Lily-Ann) who will deeply miss her warm cookies and hugs. She is also survived by her siblings, brother Rick Howard and sister Trela (Laura) Phelps-Fast.

 Deborah was preceded in death by her mother Gwendolyn Phelps, father Jack Howard, and brother Craig Howard.

 Deborah was affectionately known as “Doozie Bug” nicknamed by her brother Craig when they were children. As a young girl she loved to play “jacks” for fun and won many tournaments as she traveled to many foreign countries with her father’s military job. As a young adult, Deborah had a good sense of humor and a love for hair that motivated her to seek a career in the beauty industry. She went cosmetology school and her talent for hair led her to meet Ron English whom she met while in school and then later married. They began their family and started English Hair Inc. salon together sharing many years of creating great styles. Deborah's memory will live on through her treasured family recipes, children and grandchildren.

 The family will hold a private Celebration of Life event for Deborah on Saturday, July 13th, 2024, in Grand Lake, Colorado.
