Dovie A Robinson

Dovie A. Robinson received her wings on February 14, 2021 at the age of 80. Dovie was the only child of Virgie Lee Williams and Troy Redden, both deceased.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Tyrone S. Robinson, her daughter Virgie Vanesse Hill and son Robray D. Jamison (Jeanne); 5 grandsons Alvin (Amber), Christopher (Aine), Kevin, Peter, and Jadon; 2 granddaughters Antoinette and Jada; 2 great grandchildren; and her special goddaughter Sonijia Williams.

Dovie worked for the Cuyahoga County Entitlement Services Department in Cleveland, Ohio for over 30 years from which she retired at the age of 60. Upon retirement, she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada. Dovie was an excellent cook and loved to entertain. She exemplified southern hospitality. She made everyone feel welcomed. Her home was the place to be.

She lived her “Best Life” retired, enjoying the companionship of her husband of which they had been friends for over 60 years, her 2 children and their families, a host of relatives and her many, many friends.
