Eden C. Aguilar

Our dad Eden Aguilar was an extraordinary person, father, brother, son and friend.
He was the root of his family when his parents passed. He took his parents place and
became a father and mother figure for his other siblings, but still had time for his
children and especially his grandchildren.

Our kids often remember how their grandfather spoiled them every time we would visit.
Always with Big Gulp sodas from Circle K or candies, and lots of them. They also remember how he taught them to make buttons with his button making machine, which most of the time they would just make a mess, and ride around on the tractor or the 3 wheelers. We especially all remember how he got us all hooked on coffee and referred to all of us as Pinchis or Gordas, we will never forget those words.

The one thing I will always remember about my dad, is how in these last few years after he became ill, he was so strong willed. He also had the biggest heart anyone could imagine. We will never come across anyone like him again because he was a unique person just like everything he worked with.

My dad was the hardest worker I have ever known. He would work long hours to make ends meet and if someone needed his help he would find the way to help them as well. My dad had this philosophy, he always said that he would have plenty of time to rest when he passed.

Well dad, here is your well deserved vacation.

May you rest in peace Daddy. We will always love you and hold your memory close to our hearts.
