Emelia Pia Rideb Petrel
Our precious little angel, Emelia Pia, came to us on October 24, 2020, and joined God and the angels on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, leaving a string of broken hearts behind. Our beautiful baby girl will forever be in our hearts and memories.
Emmie's hugs and kisses were lovely, radiating kindness, warmth, and innocence. She brought joy and happiness to her family and everyone who was blessed to meet her.
Emmie was full of sass and life; her big brown eyes with beautiful lashes were full of discovery when going to the park to play, and her favorite was the swing. She loved to play with bubbles and bouncy balls, always smiling and laughing except when she woke up too soon from her nap. She loved riding in her daddy's truck, watching CoComelon, Toy Story, and La Vaca Lola, squishy hugs, being tickled, eating blueberries by the handfuls, and having messy hair in the mornings while daddy cooked her breakfast.
Even though our hearts are shattered, we are blessed to have held Emmie in our arms for almost two years; now, we hold her in our hearts forever. She will never be forgotten.
Emmie is survived by her parents, Jazmine Rideb and Jean-Paul Petrel; paternal grandparents Maggie and JP Petrel and maternal grandparents Jeff and Rose. Great grandparents, Guido and Yolanda Arias. Aunts and uncles, Jean Pierre Petrel and Sabrina Schnur. Great aunts, uncles, many loving cousins, and a host of other family and friends from around the world.
Emmie's loving spirit will be missed by so many. Though her time on earth was cut too soon, she touched many lives. We love you, little Angel.
