Gerald Gilbert Huth died on August 3, 2022, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born July 17, 1932, in Colorado Springs, Colorado near Manitou Springs where he started horseback riding. He’s the son of Elmer and Clara Huth.
Survived by his wife Evelyn Toledo Huth from the Philippines. Also survived by his daughter Clara K. Vugteveen from Omaha, Nebraska, and son Garry H. Huth ( Sarah Huth wife) from Reno, Nevada. And his one and only sister Betty Davis, Oregon.
Geri was so loved and cherished by Evelyn’s sisters, Socorro Toledo Walker, Annabel Toledo Basiga, niece Danna Toledo Tan, and her children Jacob and Pia. Not to mention all of our Toledo nieces, nephews, and grandchildren that love and adore him.
Gerald served in the military, U.S.A./F Branch for 21 years, retired Master Sergeant. He was so proud to have served his country and always say, “Freedom is not Free”. He fought wars in North Korea, Vietnam, and South Africa He’s very proud to be an American.
Gerald and Evelyn (wife) live a full life together. They traveled almost all the mountains in Colorado, states of the United States, and the beautiful Australia, (2009).
Gerald's nickname is Geri. Go in peace with God! We all love you.
