Gloria Jean Moore-Ousley was born on August 11, 1950, to the late Raymond Moore and Claudia Brown of Detroit, Michigan
She professed her acceptance of Christ at an early age in Detroit, MI. During her early years, she was educated in the Detroit Public School system.
While in high school she was pregnant with two children. Michael Eugene Moore and Tammy Renee Moore. During that time, she earned her GED, and later she received an associate degree from Highland Park Community College.
Gloria Jean served in the United States Army. She was an electrician during her time of serving in the military. She was honorable discharged from the military.
After being honorable discharged she worked and retired (18 years) from General Motors of Detroit, Michigan. She always loves helping people, so she decided to take the test for Addiction Counselor where she outscored the test by 20 points. She served as an addiction counselor for 8 years in Detroit, Michigan.
Gloria Jean departed her body to be present with the Lord on July 4, 2022. She leaves to carry on her legacy her daughter Tammy Renee Moore of Las Vegas, NV. Four brothers: Raymond (Sonny) Moore Jr., Harold Moore, Claude (Nate) Moore, Glen Moore; Three sisters: Marilyn Brown-Billingsley, Diane Brown-Stafford, and Willie Dee Lacey. No grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
