Grace Ann McCue, 75, a retired caregiver, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013, at Desert Springs Hospital, after a period of declining health.
She was born Nov. 20, 1937, the daughter of Albert C. Lewis and Virginia Reid, in New Brunswick, N.J., and was an 11year resident of Nevada. As a longtime resident of Farmingville, N.Y. and Greenville, Tenn., she was a former leader in Pack 80 in Farmingville, member of PWP volunteer firehouse helper in Greenville, and a member of the Red Hat Society.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, David Farside of Reno and sister, Dorothy Mulkey of Arizona.
She is survived by her three sons, David Eva Eastburn of Nevada, William Laura Eastburn of Dallas, and Albert Pam McCue of Las Vegas six grandchildren, Christopher Eastburn of New York, Chelsea Eastburn of Texas, David Easburn of Nevada, Christine Pinky Eastburn, Sabreena McCue, Aleesha McCue, all of Nevada four greatgrandchildren, Maddison, McKenzie and Morgan Eastburn of New York and Miley Ann Eastburn of Nevada.
There will be no formal visitation or graveside services. The family will receive friends noon2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
