Harry Dusty Morrow, age 71, passed away on March 19, 2014, in Henderson, NV. He was born on November 22, 1942 in Steubenville, Ohio, to Harry and Thelma Morrow. He began his career with TIMET, a leading producer of titanium metal, at the Toronto, Ohio mill plant in 1964. While working at TIMET, he and Judy owned and operated Dustys Carpet Barn for approximately 5 years in Wintersville, OH. He later transferred to the TIMET Henderson manufacturing plant to provide a healthier living environment for his wife. He retired from TIMET in 2002 after 38 years as a frontline Maintenance Supervisor providing maintenance services to Melting Operations. He was a highly respected employee and dedicated to doing an excellent job. He respected the need to provide a quality metal that would be used in critical applications, such as commercial aircraft engine parts. He was always interested in learning all he could in his field, and attended the Vickers Hydraulic School and was instrumental in helping to design the Alloy and Blending Press Feed Chute.
He was a member of the American Legion and was a 32nd degree mason in the E. Liverpool, Ohio, Masonic Lodge and a proud U.S. Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife Judy of 32 years, brother Jim Janice of Florida, sister Pat Musser Joe of Atlanta, children, Mike and Julie, stepdaughter Kim Gayhart, all of Ohio, and grandson Derek, serving in the U. S. Army in Hawaii.
