Hercules Van McMichael

CMSgt (ret) Hercules Van McMichael departed this life suddenly on March 16, 2017. He enjoyed a long military career with the United States Air Force and was last stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. In 2002, he retired after 30 years with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.

Van is survived by a brother, Robert McMichael of Cleveland, Ohio, three sisters, Carol McGlothan-Smith of Cleveland Ohio, Ruth McMichael of Palatine, Illinois and Margaret (Ricardo) Hines of St. Louis, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, cousins and close friends.

Van was preceded in death by his parents Hercules and Carrie Belle McMichael, brothers Larry McMichael and Gary McMichael, and his sister Jean Huff.
Services will be held Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Davis Funeral Home - 6200 S. Eastern Avenue in Las Vegas, NV.
