She attended St. Victors School in Beverly Hills, Sepulveda Jr. High, and Monroe High School in Sepulveda, CA and went on to get her PhD in Street Smarts, as well as one of the worlds best casino dealers for 38 years, She lived and dealt cards in Reno,. Las Vegas and Pa lm Springs. Intermittently, she also worked in the insurance industry in Reno and Las Vegas,
Though her lifes path took many turns and she faced many obstacles, she was most noted for her generosity, amazing wit, humor, and intelligence. She never forgot a birthday and was always more concerned about the welfare of others than that of herself. She loved reading and, as a sports enthusiast, was a walking sports commentator, Her laughter and encouragement were predominant in any gathering, She also had a special lave for animals, as she always had a companion, such as her Great Danes: Kelley, Missy, Sagittarius, her German Shepherd, Jesse, and her last feline friend, Baby,
She is survived by her loving brother and friend, John P Rice 61. Her loving children, Michael Madau 41, and Patricia MadauWelte 42, Her lively and beautiful grandchildren: Elle 17, Jeffrey 9, and Riley 3. Her nephews and nieces, who all had a very close and loving relationship with her, Joanna 37, James 35, Chandra 30, and John 23. Truly, all their hearts have been touched and forever changed by her devotion and love. As her brother, John, has proclaimed in summary of her life, She was Christlike in her love of others and an example of how I should live my lifeI want to be more like her, which is more like Him,
