Jaime enjoyed cooking and on many occasions, he helped cater to friends and family parties. He also enjoyed playing cards and betting on sports games. You could always find him sitting in front of his TV watching some type of sports with all of his notes and spreadsheets of each team or player. Another enjoyment for Jaime was fishing. He loved taking his kids fishing when they were little.
In 2010 Jaime moved to Las Vegas to be with his children and grandchildren. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed going to the casinos and playing his favorite slot machine Buffalo and Pai Gow but in 2013 he moved back to Hawaii for multiple reasons. He really missed us.
In August of 2018 that he was diagnosed with Gastric Cancer. So in October of 2018, Jaime moved back to Las Vegas once again to be with his children and grandchildren. In his last months, he was able to create many more memories with his family.
