Jeffrey John Callard

Jeffrey John Callard, 49, of Las Vegas, passed away November 13, 2010.

Jeff built a lengthy career in the restaurant management business in Seattle, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas, with such establishments as Chilis, Outback Steakhouse and the Rainforest Caf. But the proudest thing in his life was being father to his three children, who meant more to him than can ever be expressed. They were his heart and his soul. He was loving, sweetnatured and enormously good hearted. He was loved by many. He is now in a peaceful place.

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, John Callard.

He is survived by his mother, Andrea Blaser children, Ryan, Autumn and Cheyenne stepson, Collin McCormack brother, Chris stepmother, Barbara Callard and stepgrandmother, Eloise Meador.

Memorial will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 18, at Lakewood Grace Presbyterian Church, 3955 N. Studebaker Rd., Long Beach, California.
