Joanne Frances Palumbo

Joanne Francis Palumbo, 87, beloved Wife, Mother, Mother-in-law, and Grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on April 2, 2025. She entered this world on July 11, 1937 in Oneonta, NY, born to Gould and Marguerite Benedict. She is survived by her daughter Laura Mack (son-in-law Ronald Mack); son Mario Palumbo (daughter-in-law Kathlene Palumbo and granddaughter Erica Palumbo); daughter Lisa Palumbo. She was married to her late husband, Vincent Palumbo, for 49 years, until his passing on November 13, 2012.

Joanne and her husband moved to Las Vegas in 1989 after retiring. She enjoyed golfing with her husband, bowling with friends, and get togethers with family and friends.

In her later years, she most enjoyed Sunday family dinners with her weekly glass of wine, speeding around town in her little red cars, visits with her grand dogs, going out to breakfast or lunch with friends, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles, bowling, casino table games and Buffalo slot machines, reading on her kindle, the Game Show Network, traveling, cruises with the family, Seattle Seahawks Football and most of all, Golden Knights Hockey.

Joanne will be laid to rest next to her husband, Vincent, at Davis Memorial Park in Las Vegas, Nevada.
