John James Argento

John James Argento was born June 24th, 1934 in East Rochester, New York and was a the youngest of 9 children. He served in the Navy on the USS Midway and he was a man of many hats. He was a Cosmetologist, business owner and later worked for L.A. County at the Otis Art Institute. He retired at 57 from L.A. County Flood Control relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada.

He is now joining his beloved wife of 43 years Helen Inez. He is survived by his 4 children, Joelen, Jami, Joni and Vincent, as well as his 7 grandchildren, Nicole, Justine, Ashley, James, Brittany, Robert and John-John.

John was an avid fishermen, coin collector, and a comedian. He was the type of person willing to adopt anyone in need of family and provided guidance to those who were lost. John will always be remembered as steady, dependable and kind. He will always be remembered as Top Duck.
