John Giacone

John Giacone died unexpectedly on March 9, 2021 at the age of 85.

John is survived by his wife Mildred Giacone; his children, Josephine Kyles and son-in-law William Kyles, Mildred Bennett and son-in-law Richard Bennett, and John S. Giacone(deceased); his grandchildren, William Kyles, Samantha Bennett, Tonya Giacone, Gregory Mark Bennett, and Tiffani Giacone; his great grandchildren; William, Mia, Skylar, Cameron and Gregory.

John met his wife Mildred in 1961 at a bar in Mount Vernon, NY where she was a bartender. They married 1 year later on 2/25/1962. John was a devoted husband that was deeply in love with his wife of 59 years. He was an avid animal lover that made sure all the neighborhood birds were fed. He was often compared to Sylvester Stallone. He was strong, resilient, and was very active, working out often. He was a man that passed on strong family values and impacted everyone around him. He will join his son John S. Giacone in heaven and will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
