John "J.T." T. Taranto Jr.

Loving son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and greatgrandfather, John Thomas J.T. Taranto Jr., 72, passed away in his sleep May 20, 2010.

He was born Oct. 13, 1937, in Biloxi, Mississippi. He resided in Las Vegas for over 40 years. J.T. was a retired craps dealer working in both Las Vegas for 30 years and Biloxi for over 10 years and distinguished himself in the U.S. Coast Guard for two years.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Taranto Sr. and his beloved wife, Sandy Taranto. He is survived by his mother, Marie Gospodinovich brothers, Jimmy Karen, Chris and Steve Taranto daughter, Staci Ashbaugh granddaughter, Kaela Ashbaugh greatgranddaughter, Hailee Stelzer and several nieces and nephews. He loved and was loved by so many, he will be missed greatly.
