Joseph Mccarthy

Joseph Gerard McCarthy, age 49, of Las Vegas, Nevada tragically passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023.

Joey was born, 1973, in Suffern, New York. Joey was a graduate of Masuk High School and also attended the University of Connecticut.

Joey was a bright light in the world. He made friends everywhere he went. Joey was a loving friend, son, brother, cousin, and uncle. Joey was always there to lend a hand, with an open and giving heart. Joey was loved by all that knew him. He was dedicated to his family and loved his niece and nephew dearly.

He Is preceded by his Mother Sharon McCarthy, Aunt Karen Hawks, Grandmother Marie Greco, and Grandfather Victor “Dirty Harry” Greco.

He Is survived by his father Gerard McCarthy, brother Michael McCarthy, sister Christine McCarthy, nephew Nicholas McCarthy, niece Juliana Reyes, and his cousin, best friend, and brother Peter DiGiulio Jr. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews of the McCarthy, Greco, Hawks, and DiGiulio families.

The world Is dimmer without Joey there to shine a bright light. Joey will live on forever in our hearts and minds.
