Joseph E. Tulley II

On Wednesday September 18, 2024, Joe Tulley II, a loving husband, father, great son, caring brother and a wonderful person passed away. He was born in Rockford, IL on October 10th, 1980. He was a gifted basketball player at Boylan Catholic, first team All-State, receiving a full ride scholarship to DePaul University graduating in four years with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce. He married Rachel Magann in 2012 and together they have two beautiful twin daughters, Susan and Brooklyn, while residing in Henderson, NV. His passion was coaching and watching them compete in tennis. His business career included positions in banking and for the last 12 years, owned and operated a packaging distribution company.

He is predeceased by his Mother, Susan Buhl Tulley, and Grandparents, Ed and Margaret Tulley, Carole and George Buhl. He is survived by his wife Rachel, his daughters Susan and Brooklyn, his sister Erin, niece Erianna, his Father Joe Tulley Sr., step-mother Peg and numerous members of Rachel's family, the Tulley clan and the Uhlirs. Memorial services will be on November 16, 2024 in Las Vegas, NV. More details regarding the time and location will follow.
