Ken Nakabayashi, 61, of Henderson, NV, passed away on Sunday, March 17th 2019 in his home.
Ken was born in San Jose, CA to Herman Nakabayashi and Betty Lou Sheppard on December 22 1957.
His childhood days were spent in Ajo, AZ. Where he developed a love for trucking. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1975 and was honorably discharged in 1979. In 1983, he eloped with Connie Hayase in Las Vegas, NV.
His hobbies included riding his dirt bike, motorcycle, riding the jet ski in lake mead, creating photography using his drone equipment and building his model train set. In his leisure time he enjoyed taking small road trips on the outskirts of Las Vegas with Connie. He put his heart and soul into remodeling the family home.
He is survived by his Wife, Connie Nakabayashi of 36 years, His Father, Herman (Sunye Lee) Nakabayashi, His Daughters, Desiree and Charlene Nakabayashi.
His Sister, Carol (Armando) Quezada
His Brothers, David, Mike, John and
Richard (Shelly) Nakabayashi
Also survived by his
Mother in law, Charlotte Hayase
Brothers In law, Craig (Pat) and Cal (Carrie) Hayase Sister in Law, Celia (Owen) Shibata.
He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Celebration of life service will be held 3:00pm on Saturday, April 27th at Davis Mortuary and Funeral services in Las Vegas, NV.
