Leoncio Barbosa Iii

Leoncio William Barbosa lll, also known as Leon, Lee, Leo, age 53, city of Menifee California, passed away on 8/27/2022.

Leoncio is preceded in death by Bill Barbosa (father), Sally Berry (mother), and Jason Berry (brother).

Leoncio is survived by the love of his life, Mary Michelle McNabb, known to many as Shelley. He is also survived by Shelley’s daughters, Kyla Cushman, Jenna Cushman, Sophia McCarthy, and Elena McCarthy. Furthermore, aunt Sue, uncle Ron & aunt Lani, his niece Faith, Violet (Faith’s daughter), his nephew Derek and many cousins.

Leoncio will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 25th, 2022 at the Marriott Fairfield in  Menifee, California between 1:00 - 5:00 pm.

Leoncio was born in Norwalk, to Bill Barbosa and Sally Berry on 12/23/1968.

Leoncio graduated from Mayfair High School in 1987. During his time there, he met lifelong friends and made some of the best memories.

Leoncio prided himself in the work he did for RDS Partners at the Oakley Headquarters Division. When he wasn’t building robots at work, he was playing his guitar, listening to music, mountain biking, collecting meteorites and fossils, advocating for the animals, or helping friends and family with whatever project they had. And while he loved all these things, the only thing Leoncio loved more than Shelley and the family was his brand new 2021 black Dodge Charger.
