Libby Merle Tishk
Libby was born in St. Louis, Missouri on August 27, 1927 to Joseph Jaffe Mary Jaffe Fitterman. She passed away peacefully with her loved ones at her side on October 3, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Libby married Mr. Walter Tishk in June of 1947 and together they raised their two children together, Alan and Andrea. After Alan and Andrea were grown, Libby returned to the workforce and worked at Saks Fifth Avenue for over 20 years before she retired. She was active in the NCJW for many years. Libby was a devoted wife and mother, her family always came first. Guests were always made to feel welcome at her home. She always enjoyed spending her time with her family and long time friends. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, Walter, her son, Dr. Alan Tishk Cecilia, her daughter Andrea Tishk Randy Gorlick, granddaughter Rabbi Melissa Tishk. She is also survived by her sisterinlaw Anna Lee Wolff Edward
