Lynn Rasmussen

Lynn Rasmussen, 74, of Las Vegas, passed away January 12, 2011, of acute Leukemia. She was born July 27, 1936, in Monroe, Utah, and resided in Nevada for 30 years.

Lynn was a retired bookkeeper and loan officer. She was a lifetime member of the LDS Church, served CES mission in 2011.

Lynn loved to travel, play golf and she was an aspiring private pilot. She took flying lessons when Errol was serving in the U.S. Army at Edgewood Arsenal, Maryland. When Errol retired from the Army, in 1979, they moved to Las Vegas.

Lynn and Errol worked as volunteers at the LDS Temple for over 5 years.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wilva Madsen father, Harold Madsen sister, Vera Covington and nephew Brent Covington.

Lynn is survived by her husband, Errol son, Richard sister, Maureen Wheaden and brothers, Larry Madsen, Ray Madsen and David Madsen.
