Marcia J. Wright

Marcia is survived by her beloved husband Patrick whom she was married to for forty years and her son, Joshua who was the light of her life and who she called her savior.

She was preceded in death by both her parents Frank and Joan Smith Laurie. She is also preceded by her beloved animals Boomer and Peepers.

Survivors include her husband and son as well as her two brothers, Frank Laurie, wife Marie and Jim Laurie and Jims daughter Kelsie as well as several cousins, neices and nephews as well as her cat Pickaboo.

Marica spent her teenage years in Springfield, Illinois but had lived in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Arizona and Nevada. She had worked as a legal secretary for most of her adult life, only recently in the last seven years had she switched to being a Court Clerk with Clark County.

She enjoyed walks on the beach as well as camping and traveling when time permitted. She always looked forward to the weekends when she and her son would spend time together working out at the gym. She really loved her cat and teapot collections and anything cobalt blue.
