Margaret “Peggy” Forshay (Welstead)
April 19, 1950 – September 28, 2024

They say that angels walk freely among us and swiftly return home to the heavens after spreading light and love. On Friday September 28, 2024, our mother, Peggy Forshay, returned home and was greeted by those that came before her, especially our father, who was patiently waiting.

For all who knew her personally, understood that she was especially strong willed and stood to any challenge with grace and gratitude. She was determined to love unconditionally, forgive willingly, laugh unabashedly, and support unequivocally.

Always being a beacon of hope, strength, and a continued source of comfort, she will be dearly missed. As we relive our favorite memories with her, it is imperative that we continue to spread love, positivity, and most importantly, we never stop dancing.

Peggy was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. She leaves behind three children, Missy (Scott), Josh (Christine), and Kimmy; three grandchildren, Blaike (Ronald), Kota, and Brody; four siblings (Richard, Kathy, Betty, and Jim), and countless dear friends.

Though she may not be physically with us any longer, her spirit can be found everywhere. From the petals of roses to the rolling waves of the ocean, she is with us all.
