Margaret ""Peggy"" Knight went from our hands to God's on November 26, 2017.
We will always think of Peggy as we recreate her favorite moments: reading books, making lists, ""snidgeting"" on cookies and chocolate, enjoying beaches, traveling the world, attending mass and being with her family.
Peggy was raised with her two brothers in Southern California. Peggy graduated Marymount College and taught elementary school. In 1957, she married Mickey Knight and raised their 4 children in the San Fernando Valley.
Peggy was the ""Kool-Aid"" mom. All the neighborhood kids were welcomed, and there was always food. Family and friends came from near and far to swim in the pool, BBQ and make lasting memories.
Peggy was always an integral member of the church community she belonged to; teaching religious education and baptism classes and delivering the Eucharist to those unable to attend mass. Peggy began a widow's group at Christ The King to bring together women who had lost their husbands.
Peggy's legacy of love continues through her four children, their spouses, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
