Marguerite Ellen McAllister

Marguerite Ellen Jones McAllister, of Los Angeles, California passed away peacefully at the age of 99 years old on November 9, 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“ And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.” Revelation 21:4

Marguerite was born September 12, 1920 to Clipton B. Jones and Addie Jones in Birmingham, Alabama. She was the third child out of the 8 siblings in the family.
Marguerite finished high school in 1938, then continued her education by going into Nurse Training and graduating in May of 1941. Marguerite obtained her license to be a Registered Nurse and began her career at Grady Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. While in Georgia she met her late husband Joseph S. McAllister to whom she was married August 11, of 1942.

Marguerite leaves behind her family which whom she resided with, Granddaughter Maria Alejandra, Grandson in law Antonio Wilson, Great Grandchildren Akasha Ellen, Aniyah Simone, Alisa Renee, Prince Eliasaph James, Ariel Summer and Sevyn Alexandria. She also leaves to mourn her daughter Deneise Renee, and Son in law Margarito Diaz, Her Sister Edith Lewis, Her Brother James Jones, Grandsons Eric Harrison, & Derrick DeGrate, Great Grandson DeZhon Harrison and a Host of Loving Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family and Friends.

He restoreth my soul : he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
