Marilyn Kathryn Blackwell

Marilyn Kathryn Blackwell was born one of identical twins in Philadelphia, Penn. on April 22, 1938. She passed away on December 5, 2015 to join her sister Eleanor Sandra Mora, mom Betty Feldman, father Harry Rhodes, and hopefully Elvis Presley in heaven.

She resided in Las Vegas Nevada for over 20 years. She loved her family, singing, dancing, poker, Elvis, socializing, food, fashion, and art.

She was a hard worker and wore many hats from pastry chef to singer and more. She was a mother of five girls & three boys. Triplets: Debbie, Denise, Donna as well Dean, Darlene, Darryl, Darren and Diane Blackwell. She was Aunt to Monique Meeden & Stephanie Spilotro and children. She was mother-in-law to John Vera and Eleana Blackwell. Grandchildren: Twins : Natasha, Christopher and Jacqueline Cecil - Zoltowski.

She was; strong willed, tough, resilient, charming, and had tenacity like no other, had her own sense of style, was funny, had a saying for everything, told it like it was, was vivacious, kind, & ""wore her heart on her sleeve."" Her passionate and boisterous personality was infectious-and once you met her you could never forget her. She will be missed but will always remain in our hearts and in our souls. Please join us in celebrating Marilyn's life. Service which will be held at Davis funeral home. 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV. Visitation starts at 8:15 AM, Service to follow at 11:00 AM, December 21, 2015.
