Martina Edith Morales, 57, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 16, 2022
in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her loss was completely unexpected, and the family is shocked and
deeply saddened. She will be forever loved and forever remembered.
Martina was born on November 4, 1964, to Martha Payan in Nonoava, Chihuahua, Mexico. After
graduating from high school, she studied technical computing at a career technical school. She
then successfully became a secretary and married her husband, Daniel Morales, in 1987.
Together, they had 3 children: Mariana, Daniel, and Brianna. Later, she moved to the United
States with family and settled in Las Vegas.
Martina was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was notoriously known
for her kind acts of service and gift-giving. She made sure everyone was fed, well, and
comfortable. Selflessly, Martina would make sure pictures were taken of everyone before herself,
everyone was fed before she was, shopped for everyone any day of the year, and so on. Words
could never come close to describing the wonderful person she was.
Martina is survived by her mother, Martha, husband, Daniel, son, Daniel, daughters, Mariana and
Brianna, son-in-law, Israel, grandchildren, Yahir and Arlette, sisters, Martha Emeli (Mely),
Concepcion (Cony), Gabriela (Gaby), Amada Eloísa (Elo), and Norma Mireya (Mireya), nieces,
and nephews.
