Mary Gray

We are sad to announce that Mary Gray, 63, of Henderson, passed away on August 16, 2020  peacefully in her sleep.
Mary Gray was born in Chicago, Illinois to John and Virginia Akers on December 27, 1956.

Mary came from a large and loving home with five other siblings in Chicago Illinois. Here is where she met the father of her two children and first husband, Brian (Pike) St.Pierre. Upon having their two children they moved to the small town of Bolingbrook Illinois to raise them. After being a long time resident of Illinois Mary looked for new opportunity in Las Vegas, Nevada. At that time, she and her children moved to be close to her parents Robert and Virginia Stein, who were retiring out in Nevada.

Mary took to work in the casinos moving quickly up the chain and eventually holding the title of a Casino Director, this where she met her second husband, Wayne Gray, who she spent the rest of her life with. Mary was a devoted caretaker, mother, sister, grandmother, and wife. She loved to cook and bake, sharing these things with the people she knew.

Mary will be remembered for being a fierce and outspoken woman that always stood her ground, at the same time, being a gentle loving soul to her loved ones. She impacted everyone she met in a positive way and was adored by all.

Mary is survived by her Husband Wayne Gray, Children, Brian (Lauina) St.Pierre, Steven (Gaby) St.Pierre, Ian (Jen) Gray, Kelcie (Ryan) Gray, David Bosler, Edith Angus, Elana Barbara, Liz McAndries, Theresa, Terry and Tony Danielson, Brothers John (Paula) Akers, Steve Akers, Gary Akers, Sisters, Grace (Pete) Adamski, Julie (Burton) Cerone, Grandchildren, Hailey, Jayden St.Pierre, Tony Rodriguez, Heather Bosler, Kyle, Shamika and Shakiah Danielson. Her viewing will be on September 5, 2020 from 9-11am, service will follow from 11-12pm at David Funeral Home located at 6200 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89119.
