Mary K Johnson

Mary Katherine Johnson 49, of Las Vegas passed away on June 6, 2020 in her hometown.

Mary was born in Bakersfield to Wanda and Richard on May 3, 1971.

Mary was a fierce mother, but a gentle soul.  A devoted wife, married to John for 24 fun filled years, and she was his “lobster”. Proud and excited Grammy to 6 and counting. High school valedictorian and proud graduate of her Diversity Training Program. A volunteer for multiple charities, most important to her Child Haven. 

Mary is preceded in death by her mother Wanda and her grandmother Mary.

Mary is survived by her husband John, children: Sean & Brie, Doug & Ally, Aaron & Courtney, and Kaitlyn.  Also by her siblings Donna & Kevin, Jenni & Scott, Shawna, Jackie & Brian, Amy, Rick, Diane & Mark, and by her loving parents Ray & Becky.  Mary is lovingly remembered and revered by many other extended family members and close family friends that have always been considered nothing less than blood.

Her Celebration of Life gathering will be Sunday the 12th from 6:30 pm on, at John & Mary’s house 10413 Deer Heights St. Las Vegas, NV 89178.

Mary’s family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who has donated their time and energy to helping during this trying and difficult time.  Our thanks may never amount to our true feelings.
