Mary Louise Ollie

Mary “Pam” Gant Ollie, 82, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She passed away on December 14, 2020.

Pam was born in O’Donnell, Texas, to Mary and N.E. “Shorty” Gant on May 11, 1938. After graduating from Dunbar High School in Lubbock, Texas, she joined the U.S. Army and served three years. She moved back to Lubbock after being honorably discharged and worked at several different businesses in Administration until moving to England with her husband, Melvin, who was in the U.S. Air Force. After coming back to the states, she and Melvin moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Melvin Ollie and children, Morgan Clark, Jr. (Karen), Shelia Beaty Logan, Kenneth Beaty, seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cassandra Lynn Beaty, who passed away in 1971.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mary’s honor to the American Diabetes Association.
