In Loving Memory of Nona Clarice Taylor Atkinson 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nona Clarice Taylor Atkinson, a beloved mother, sister, daughter, and friend, who left us far too soon at the age of forty-seven on November 24, 2024. Born on October 12th in Brooklyn, New York, Nona was a woman of extraordinary strength, beauty, and grace who touched countless lives with her love and light.

Nona embodied selflessness and resilience, playing both mother and father to her children with unwavering devotion. She was not only a provider and protector but also a nurturer, role model, and the heart of her family. Her laughter could brighten any room, her kindness made everyone feel included, and her strength inspired all who knew her.

She is survived by her firstborn, James; her second-born, Noah; her third-born, Malachi; and her fourth and only daughter, Logan Gabrielle Brown. She is also survived by her Auntie Clarice, Uncle Swins, Aunt Julie, and cousins Danielle, Renee, Michelle, Swins II, Phillip, and many more family members and loved ones who will cherish her memory and carry forward her legacy of love, courage, and unity. She was preceded in death by Riel Fontenelle, James Taylor Sr., Joseph Fontenelle, and Rupert Fontenelle.

Nona will forever be remembered for her selflessness, her radiant presence, and the unconditional love she gave to her family and friends. She taught us the power of resilience, the importance of compassion, and the beauty of living fully.

A celebration of Nona’s life will take place on December 14, 2024, at Davis Funeral Home, located at 6200 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Family and friends are invited to come together in honor of the remarkable woman she was.

Her legacy lives on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and eternally loved.
