Nora Regalado Rodriguez, 84 in Las Vegas passed away peacefully on February 10, 2024. Nora was born on September 3rd, 1939 in Claveria Misamis Oriental Philippines of Emilio Regalado (Father). Patrocinio Pimentel (Mother) and 4 siblings: Erlinda Saledo, attorney Bonifacio, Cecil Boquecosa, and Ray Regalado. She has been a teacher for 64 years in the Philippines from 1961 to 1977. Then she migrated to join her sister in Las Vegas, NV and continuing her teachings from Catholic school to all levels of grade school until 2009. We must not forget she was also a trilingual teacher, teaching fluent English and Spanish. She established and brought her family here to America. Joining her was her 4 daughters: Priscilla Seeger, Maris Ladroma, Esther Escolana, and Lawena Stylianos. It was a tough journey but Nora was strong, kind, patient and with those characteristics: many surrounded and loved her genuine personality. She was a very involved woman from being one of the founders of the Philippine Bisayan Society of Nevada from February 23, 1991 to joining theatre, singing in front of audiences, playing the piano in family gatherings and her most favorite thing she loved was dancing. She showed unconditional love and talent to all her children, especially her grandchildren: Michelle, Alex, Revemay, Shaun and Amanda. Being the most supportive and generous mother and grandmother that can be and she will always be loved and missed.
