Omar was born on December 24, 1962, in Bogata Columbia, South America. He is survived by his three children. Omar joined the US Navy after graduating high school. He was stationed in Coronado, CA on the USS Peleliu. He served four years and one deployment. In 2010 he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Omar loved sports – football was one of his favorites. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Omar. He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
