Patrick Vincent Ansboury, 89, of Las Vegas, passed away Feb. 25, 2014. He was born Aug. 24, 1924, in Louisville, Ky., to Kathleen and Patrick Ansboury. Patrick served in the U.S. Navy, and was a veteran of World War II. He had a variety of jobs and interests all his life. He was a bartender and craps dealer at many different casinos in Nevada. He enjoyed going to the Book and playing golf, singing and making people happy. He donated many years in helping out the Veterans Affair Association. He was a proud husband and father. He was preceded in death by his parents brother, Leo and grandson, Richard. Patrick is survived by his loving wife, Patricia daughters, Kathleen DeVita and Kelly Kyle Cook daughterinlaw, Janet Tom Dwyer, and their two children and grandchildren, Kari Ann Ryan Greenlee, Tammy Chris Henderson, Robert Jr. Vicki DeVita and Desiree Goodell. He was greatgrandfather to nine and greatgreatgrandfather to one. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.noon Sunday, March 16, with services following, both at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
