Paul Daniel Koehler

Paul Daniel Koehler was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 21, 1941. The son of Paul Charles Koehler and Katherine Hammes Koehler who preceded him in death.

He lived his childhood years in Jefferson Park, Illinois until graduating from Carl Schurz High School in 1959. He then earned his bachelors degree in accounting in 1963 from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.

He started his career with Sears, Roebuck and Company. Later moving to Wisconsin to work for Arthur Anderson. He moved back to Chicago and became a Partner with Glenn Ingram Co. He then moved to Denver in 1982 to become the National Director of Tax Services for Fox and Company. In 1985 he moved to Los Angeles to join Laventhol Horwath as a Partner. He returned to Chicago in 1988 to become a Partner with BDO Seidman. Throughout his long career he was a Partner with several other certified public accounting firms. Finally starting his own firm, Koehler Financial Services, Inc., in Las Vegas in 2005. He was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Marsha MannKoehler of the home. His sister Sandi Curley and her husband John Curley, of Palm Bay, Florida. His first wife and the childrens mother Eileen Koehler. Four children, Debra Koehler Ochs and her husband, Robert Ochs of Evergreen, Colorado. Cindy E. Koehler of Denver, Colorado, Dr. Kathie Hak and her husband, Jon Hak and son Ian Patrick Hak Pauls Grandson of Longmont. Daniel Koehler and wife Camille Koehler of Aurora, Colorado. A stepdaughter from his marriage to Marsha MannKoehler, Stacy Mann Henderson and her husband James Henderson of Mesa, Arizona. Four step grandchildren, Stephanie Marie Marsha Jones of Mesa, Arizona. Colton Lee Dakota Emmons of Lebanon, Missouri, Jaiden Marie Markenna Henderson of Mesa, Arizona, Payton Lee Kenton Henderson of Mesa, Arizona, two great grandchildren, Maverick Lee Anthony JonesSierra and Gracie Jade Emmons.
