Primo Henry Valletti

September 29, 1920 — February 5, 2012

Primo Henry Valletti, 91, a retired postal worker, of Lanciano, Italy, passed away Feb. 5, 2012. He was a resident of Nevada for 41 years. He emigrated from Lanciano, Italy at age 7 and was raised in South Philadelphia. He was a decorated World War II U.S. Army Air Corps veteran, having served in the Pacific Front. He moved to Las Vegas in 1971 and was a founding member of Holy Family Catholic Church, where he was head usher and thirddegree Knight of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his brother, Secundo daughter, Adrienne wife, Violet and sister, Melvina. He is survived by his wife, Claire sons, Eugene Marie and Joseph daughters, Michele Dimitri and Debbie Andrew sister, Elda brother, Eugene seven grandchildren and a greatgrandchild.
